I was born in the New Orleans area and have lived here all my life. I was lucky enough to
have married a very talented woman. (please check her website at
www.neworleansartbycath.com). She inspired me to write and paint. We have three
wonderful kids (they are grown and have done well for themselves). My oldest, when she is
not teaching, is an artist (please check her website at www.practicallymagic.com). The
three of us are artists on Jackson Square in the French Quarter. When you are in New
Orleans come visit us. We will tell you where to get the best prices on our fabulous food
and what to see. My second daughter has her own booth at the Texas RenFair (see her
website at www.myspace.com/fairyeffectstrf). My son is a manager at PF Changs. If you are
in town contact me and I'll see if I can get him to give you a free appetizer.
I was fortunate enough to have worked in many interesting businesses. I've also had the
opportunity to travel. I believe that some of my paintings were inspired by these
experiences. I use high quality canvases, paints, and sculpturing gels. All paintings are
three dimensional, having been sculptured before being painted. All canvases have been
painted on the sides and wired in the back and are ready to hang without frames if you so
desire. However, if you wish to frame them, they are all standard sizes
